We are siblings who have had the chance to constantly explore the peaks of Thailand and lend others a helping hand ever since we were young.
Throughout our journeys, we have discovered the nooks and crannies of life in the remote areas, especially concerns with healthcare and medication. Life in these areas is simple and beautiful except when you fall ill. Some villages are hardly accessible so it will be only when someone needs to be hospitalized that they will bring him/her down by motorcycle or by foot. Otherwise, you have to sleep through your pain if you do not have the right medicine to cure you.
With that in mind, we have created The Jungle Box Project mainly to provide these people with a basic medicine box and equipment that can be used to help alleviate their common illnesses. Nevertheless, the other important purpose is to promote a better quality of life for these villagers through giving them more knowledge about healthcare.
We also aim at giving them clean water by providing them with a rugged, easy-to-use, but very efficient water filtration system.
